About Marion Hume

Since 1985, Marion Hume has been a journalist writing for the UK, the USA and Australia. She is a screenwriter and member of the WGA and WGGB.

An ardent activist since the 1980s; during London’s lockdown, she founded and ran Siren Call, uniting generous donors from the worlds of fashion and beauty to supply non-PPE essentials to thousands of those serving the front line. For five years she was the Senior Consultant for the United Nations' ITC Ethical
Fashion Initiative.

She is a consultant on social and environmental ethics
specialising in helping big business pivot towards the sustainable
